I just wanted very specifically to thank you & praise you for your great perception or intuition.
I didn't really have any expectations when I booked my hair for the party.
You read me very well and directed Laura in putting my hair together in a way that I wouldn't have even known what to ask for! It was totally appropriate & I was really chuffed.
What you and Laura were prepared to do on a Saturday afternoon exceeded my expectations

have been going to Graphic Hair Design for nearly 10 years and always treated like a VIP from Simon and all his staff. I have been to many hairdressers but never have they treated me like I am important even though I spend lots of money and always a regular. I have nothing but good reports to say of Graphic Hair Design. Simon and his staff are 10 out of 10 for me. It has taken me a long time to find my ideal hairdresser and I am going to keep going to Simon's salon.
I left my last hairdresser because of timing and service issues, it seemed that the hairdresser/s worked on 3 customers at a time which obvious was the expectation of the management. The first thing I noticed when I came to your office was how efficiently it ran, each customer seemed to get the required time allocated for their appointment and it runs on time. The people are friendly and it looks like the staff are up to date with whats happening in the industry.
Everything first class It was my first visit but I will certainly be back - Well Done !!!!!!

Graphic Hair Design is the third salon I have used in Hurstville and even though it is more expensive than the others, I prefer to get my hair cut, styled and coloured there by far! The staff are friendly yet professional and seem to really enjoy their work. I love their Aveda hair care products which I have used since my first visit. I have also recently visited their Face & Body Lounge for a skin care and makeup consultation, followed by a free facial, which I was offered following the purchase of my hair care products. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I am now also enjoying using their Aveda skin care and makeup products and am happy to report a big improvement in how my skin looks and feels :) I am happy to recommend and have already recommended, Graphic Hair Design + Face & Body Lounge in South Hurstville :)
